Trader Registration
If you register for a trade stall, we collect your:

- Business address
- Selling category
This information is used to manage trade stall bookings and to contact you with details about your pitch and the event.
Registering Your Interest
If you register your interest in our events, we collect your:
- Full name
- Email address
- Contact number and business or club name, if you give them
- Which of our events you would like to hear about, and whether you are interested in attending, trading or exhibiting
- Any notes or feedback you choose to share with us
We use this to tell you about Fenland Aero Club events and, where you have asked to trade or exhibit, to contact you when spaces become available. You can ask to be removed from this list at any time, and every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Photographs and Video You Send Us
If you send us photographs or video from one of our events, we use them to promote the club and future events, including on this website, in print and on social media. Uploads are handled through Dropbox, whose own privacy policy applies to the transfer. If you would like something you sent us removed, contact us and we will take it down.
How We Store Your Data
All data collected through this website is stored securely and is only accessible to authorised members of the event organising team. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, and is reviewed after the event.

If you no longer wish to receive emails about Fenland Wings & Wheels, please contact the Club Secretary at secretary@fenlandairfield.co.uk to be removed from our mailing list.
Lawful Basis
The lawful basis for Fenland Aero Club to process personal data is Legitimate Interests, except where we email you about our events after you have registered your interest, where the lawful basis is Consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time. Our privacy policy, risk assessment and legitimate interests assessment is reviewed annually.
