When is the next Wings & Wheels?
Wings & Wheels 2026 took place on Sunday 30th August. The 2027 date is being confirmed and will be announced here shortly — register your interest and we'll email you when it's set.
How much are tickets?
In 2026 adults (16+) were £7, children (5–15) were £3, and under 5s went free, bought on the day at the entrance. Prices for 2027 will be confirmed when we announce the date.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free for all visitors. Disabled parking is available near the entrance.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads. Water bowls are available near the food area. Please clean up after your pet.
Is the site accessible for wheelchair users?
The showground is largely flat grass. Accessible toilets and disabled parking near the entrance are available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Can I display my vehicle or aircraft?
Registrations for 2026 are closed. Register your interest and we'll contact you when display spaces open for 2027. Exhibitor entry is free and includes entry for you and one passenger.
How do I book a trade stall?
Pitches were 3.5m × 3.5m at £30 each in 2026. Bookings for that event are closed — register your interest and we'll contact you when pitches open for 2027. There are limited spaces for cooked food and refreshment vendors, agreed separately with different fees — please contact us to discuss.
Do I need to book tickets in advance?
No — tickets are bought on the day at the entrance, as in previous years. Card payments are accepted.
Find Us
Wings & Wheels takes place at Fenland Airfield near Spalding in the Lincolnshire Fens. The airfield is easily reached from the A16 and A17, with free parking on site including disabled spaces near the entrance.
