When is Wings & Wheels 2026?
Sunday 30th August 2026. Gates open at 10am and close at 4pm.
How much are tickets?
Adults (16+) are £7, children (5–15) are £3, and under 5s go free. Tickets will be available online soon and on the gate subject to availability.
Is parking free?
Yes, parking is free for all visitors. Disabled parking is available near the entrance.
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome on leads. Water bowls are available near the food area. Please clean up after your pet.
Is the site accessible for wheelchair users?
The showground is largely flat grass. Accessible toilets and disabled parking near the entrance are available. If you have specific accessibility requirements, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Can I display my vehicle or aircraft?
Yes! Exhibitor entry is free and includes entry for you and one passenger. Visit our exhibitors page to register your vehicle or aircraft.
How do I book a trade stall?
Pitches are 3.5m × 3.5m at £30 each. You can register on our trader registration page. There are limited spaces for cooked food and refreshment vendors, agreed separately with different fees — please contact us to discuss.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

Wings & Wheels takes place at Fenland Airfield near Spalding in the Lincolnshire Fens. The airfield is easily reached from the A16 and A17, with free parking on site including disabled spaces near the entrance.
