Catering Notice

There are limited spaces for cooked food and served refreshment vendors, agreed separately with different fees. If you're interested, please contact us directly.

Confectionery, cakes, fudge, and baked goods sellers are welcome to apply using this form.

By registering, you agree to the following terms:

Pitch fee of £30 is payable in advance and is non-refundable.
All traders must hold public liability insurance.
Setup is from 8am. No vehicle movements between 10am and 3:30pm.
The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking.
Generators must be quiet-running and positioned safely. No mains electric.
Cooked food and served refreshment pitches are limited and agreed separately — please contact us to discuss.

I confirm that I hold public liability insurance and can provide proof upon request. I agree to pay the pitch fee of £30 in advance. I understand this is non-refundable. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions listed above.
